Alaska Football Episode 5

My friends and I were over by the endzone stretching and talking to each other as we were a little nevous yet calm cause we don't play. Coach was talking to our quarterback Nick Zilinksi who looked terrified and by the looks of this team the only thing we could do was get killed. Our coach sat us all down in the lockeroom once again as he gave a speech and got us fired up that's when we ran as fast as we could out of the tunnel as I looked around and saw tons and tons of green and white in the audience. I looked up and there was the big TV where you could see what was happening.

At that moment coach sent Nick, Gerald, and Brett (our running back) to the coin toss as we won it and  that caused us to be the team recieving the kickoff. Michigan state stadium was blasting with fans yelling as the kicker flicked the ball the fans yelled GO STATE! and the ball went 63 yards so our kick returner ran across the field but before even making it to the 20 yard line he got tripped up at the 12 by a huge 270 pound guy and the training staff walked on the field as he calimed his ankle was sprained or broken they took him off the field.

Now Nick took full control of the offense as the play was a pass he tried to fire the ball to a reciever named Kinney who then dropped a simple pass coach Holcomb flippped out and he got really upset that's when he signeled the offense to run HB stretch wihich was just a little outside handoff. The results of thta play were very ugly as it was a lose of six yards so now it was 3rd and 16 ball on the 6. The play call was zig zag routes as Nick called hike he dropped back but he could not find anyone so he rolled out the other way but right when he turned his should bam! a Michigan state player sacked him so we were forced to punt.

Alaska Football Episode 4

All of us checked out our bags and went threw tons of annoying stuff. Then we got on the bus and it took us to East Lansing. I could just tell that we were at the college by the way the people looked on the outside and now the big broad sign came up saying "Michigan State University". We now arrived as we got out of the bus and walked up to the field.

I then saw more people than I have ever seen in my entire life and the crowd kept yelling stuff like go green, go white. My team was now in the locker room and our coaches were talking to us as we knew the game plan . After that all of us stretched and threw the ball around. I got to say I was horrified by the way there team looked with there sleeves and visors on there helmets also the fact that most of them out weighted us by like 50 pounds and I bet there quarterback was bigger then our linebacker.

Alaska Football episode 3

The Big game

       My team had been so nervous and we just wanted to win and we were playing a team called Michigan State and they were ranked number 14 in the nation so it would not be a fun game. We were on the plane and the coach was writing up some plays.  My friends and I were hanging out and sitting together as we looked out through the window. I got up to go to the bathroom and on my way there coach Holcomb stopped me to talk. He said, "I need you to watch Gerald and see what formations the offense lines up in so he can be more successful, got it". "Yes coach”, I responded. Gerald was our starting middle linebacker. Another thing I saw was our. Quarterback studying formations and other things included with plays and such.

When I got back my friends were listening to music and they didn't listen to me at all. That's when I decided to do that as well. We were almost landing and  I could see the platform by now as the ball flew from a steeper position. Now we hit the ground and we stopped at a area and we got off.

Alaska Football episode 2

Day by day weather stayed the same and football practices got worst and worst but one thing’s for sure we looked pretty sharp. And the first game was next Saturday. Our coach got really mad because he thought we needed to be more enthusiastic although I thought we looked great. Coach Tom had the scout team come out so we could get a little more practice. My position was 2^nd string Linebacker and right now I got to go in. The season would be easier because I just kind of sat on the bench and watched so technically my position was Linebacker but my role was benchwarmer. Now our linebacker was insane and he could just sack any quarter back he wanted to so I could tell coach Kyle would play him a lot

Our head coach was coach Holcomb, defensive coordinator was coach Kyle, and our offensive coordinator was coach Wing. Now coach Wing was the nicest coach and our other coach: Coach Kyle had a bunch of tooth decay and he was very strict but not even close to meeting coach Holcomb. Practice was just working on blocking and punts.

Alaska football episdoe 1

The night never ended we did quarter back drills as we could kind of all tell that out quarter back was the team but we still had a chance even without him, well at least that’s what I believed.  I hated this night but only twenty minutes of practice were left so we just did special teams the entire time until practice was over.

            I went to my fraternity and invited a few friends over to hang out with the guys in my fraternity. We drank a lot of hot chocolate to warm up and basically the entire night we played our favorite video game Fifa 14. Nobody felt happier then me. I checked out the window and one way to describe it was Jack Frost had been eating icicles on the ceiling of my house.

Alaska football (first series i've made)

It was Thanksgiving and a tough night was the case as it was 21 degrees Fahrenheit with a horrible snow storm. Now these two players who were both football players had been in the middle of a blistering cold snow storm and there coach was a total football freak so they just had to play on through the horrible weather.

            Now the reason why we had to keep going is because a new college football team goes to play in the league and it had been called University of Alaska (UOA). And so everyone in Alaska was so excited and the coach was a total freak ad his name was Dave Holcomb and all the players hated him but after all he was a good coach and really wanted to make a bowl game this year or whatever they’re called. You see Alaska was new to this so we didn’t understand all of the activities that were displayed for the NCAA .

Pilot to new series called Deadly green

My name is Blake. I have a tiny cottage on the Oregon coast.  While I’m eating breakfast, I can look out the window and see the Pacific Ocean waves crashing on the shore.  Each morning—while I am eating Cap’n’Crunch—I read reports on how the animals in Amazon rain forest are doing.

Swim finals small moment published piece

I was at the 2014 swim finals for the swim team league Sisca and I had been on the team Pine Lake. When I arrived to the scene I looked at my team’s tent. We stayed under the tent while waiting to swim. The sun was scorching and the hotness was brutal. I saw the blue and white flags that hung above the pool. I passed by the bathroom and crossed the pool. I stepped on the boiling hot marble floor.

Later on in the day I put on my swim cap and held my goggles in my hand as I walked over to the swim deck. One thing that I noticed is there were chairs and more tents. Someone told me to sit down and I sat under the tent and waited for everyone to finish swimming.

 I felt like a heart attack was coming on as I waited for my turn to get up on the block and dive into the water. SPLASH! The person that was way in front of me flew off to swim as I moved up a chair. The crowd was watching while I was still sitting under a tent in the shade as coaches were getting there swimmers ready and pumped.

 Second by second I got more nervous as once again the starter sent another person up to the block; he dove off of it. Now only one more swimmer had to go until it was my time to swim and a bundle of fear awaited me from the left and right as I was going against the top six of my age group. This was the biggest race of the year no doubt about it, that's why I was most frightened. 


 Then the starter said his intentional line as if he was a actor in a movie. I walked up to the block as the last race ended and it was my turn as I slowly got on the block the starter said,’ step up, take your marks, Beep".

Paradise, episode one

At the sunny lady bug lounge Jimmy was having some water and hanging out with some workers and they were talking about there project. Jimmy went down to the beach in order to collect some samples and things he thought valued the sand. Now today was so hot that it was just unbearable although I did get a shorten shift.

I walked up to what everyone called bark mountain they named it that because theres a lot of trees. I noticed something kind of twitch so I strolled over to check it out. All it was was a squirrel and then I looked up and more then like a thousand spiders were swinging and eating animals. They were all the biggest spiders I had ever seen so I ran as fast as I possibly could.

Paradise, pilot

A man named Jimmy lived on a island they called paradise island. He had lots of fun things to do but he didn't have many friends accept for his best friend  named Tyler who was like the funniest guy in the village, they did everything together like hiking or fishing. Jimmy had a big passion for writing and he enjoyed fishing as well as other adventures like climbing mountains or jumping down hills.

The reason of paradise island is that they did lots of science experiments and Jimmy was in the 4 star science comity which  was the best one in the entire island. He was on a journey studying the changing of trees and sand which he did not at all enjoy. He always wanted to quit it but he just couldn't besides that life was going great for him and he was happy.

Candy

Halloween was coming up and nothing was on my mind more then candy. My favorite candy is a butterfingers and I knew it was my destiny to get tons and tons of butterfingers for halloween.  I always enjoyed having Milky way.

My plan this year for trick or treating was to hit up the houses with crazy halloween decorations but mostly the people around my neighborhood didn't necessarily care about this event in witch I believe really only kids like halloween but I might be wrong.

I was so excited that my mom had to hide her halloween candy from me because she was worried about me stealing it even though I wouldn't do that, or would I.

Strawberry forest

On a sunny day Charlie and his horse went out to the strawberry forest to pic some strawberrys for the village and while they all loved the strawberrys in the village Charlie hated them and wanted to put a stop to these horrible horrible strawberrys so what he did is that he found some kind of poison and filled it in the strawberrys so that he could make everyone hate the strawberrys.

His horse, who he named Faygo was a very fast horse although he lacked strenght he stilled kept Charlie alive when everyone was against charlie with his fall meeting about hows much he hated strawberries.

On the scavenge he had his bag was full of strawberrrys as he got back to the village he noticed the strawberrys were turning totally orange and they could definetly look like they were kind of screwed and messed up with as he then worried because a man said,"whats wrong with my strawberrys", it was then that charlie ran to the forest and left the village as he suddenly saw something that looked like the forest was growing and growing and growing.

The legend

On Sunday night the Broncos and Patroits played a game of football for the NFL. These were both really good teams so it was supposed to be a great game for a Sunday night but wow did everybody think wrong about this prime time Sunday night game of football.

Things were getting out of hand real quick as the Broncos were totally getting smoked as it looked like the Broncos hadn't even been trying to stop them from scoring touchdowns, getting picks, and forcing other turnovers that really ruined there chances of winning which was such a bummer because I love to see a Broncos win.

Mabye next time they wont do so bad and they will strike with a nice source of retaliotion to set off the Patroits with a long face.

Horrifyed

On a average every day night I went down to stairs to watch TV and relax and my big nice couch. While doing that I kind of scavenged around the room/area. I looked at my orange pink wall with a statue of a green fish. Then I turned my head around to stare at the TV and just enjoy it. I got up to go to the bathroom and while doing that I looked threw the mirror and watched my TV.

Once I got back I looked back at the fish drawing and the orange wall and I thought I saw something that was a bit black and yellow. I turned back to the TV and by that moment my brother came down stairs and disrupted peace as he is definetly hyper all of the time which is sometimes too much to handle for me.

He kept falling and wrestling me but then after another like 15 minutes he had to do homework so he moved out of the basement of TV and he went upstairs to do what we all hate. By this time I looked back at the orange all with the blue and green fish and I saw it's eye and moved my head down and I saw something terrifying that I never ever ever ever ever wanted to see before.

I freaked out, paniced got up real quick, and yelled MOM!, it was the biggest,longest hardiest, most horrifying CENTIPEDE I had ever seen in my entire life I kept yelling for my mom as then I had to act so I quickly rolled into the bathroom got a knap kin and smushed it but I only got some of it and now it was crawling on the floor so then I reached as far as I could and my arm went up and down like a pendulum and down went goliath as I threw it in the trash and washed my hands I will never feel the same about my basement ):.

Streetball

Monday was a Friday because we didn't have school on tuesday so as a entertaining source we decided to play some mean basketball with my brother.(my friend and I), the rules were my friend and I had a ten point lead and we were playing to thirty against my brother who was a basketball legend and can make a frenzy of three pointers and hardcore lay-ups.

When I stepped on the driveway to get ready my brother had the ball and he started. We checked the ball and he took it down the court and of course scored. But then my friend got the ball and he faked a layup then passed to me as I scored from about seven feet out or so. Back and forth went the ball, the game was close although we were winning because of the ten point lead.

My friend did the same thing every play and this time I scored from about two feet out. We were going to win no doubt about it as we just scored another my friend had to go home to get ready for our basketball tryouts and I was prepared for the entire night as the moment was a very intense nerve-racking awaiting basketball tryout.

I was actually puzzled that we won because my brother was on the Brother Rice basketball team as the sun fell and fell I still had that piece of confidence in me after beating my brother in basketball even though I started with a ten point lead

Boiling tub and blistering cold pool

Every Saturday my friends and I go to our other friends house to swim in his hot tub/pool. I invited one of my friends over for the day to meet my other two friends at his house. Later on in the day we rode our bikes up to his house and we found a gate with a bunch of trees surrounding it which we knew was the pool deck. When we opened the gate we saw the light blue water as my friends came out of the house they got ready to swim and so did I.

The pool was told to be as cold as melted ice but the hot tub was boiling hot and that would be a interesting idea to come up with. It was a very nice pool with statues of lions shooting water and rafts and tubes in the back also behind the pool was a circle with all kinds of couches, chairs, and tables that were created for relaxing on hot sunny days like this.

All of us hopped in the freezing cold pool and literally after ten seconds we swam like a turbo jet in the water to get out of the pool and leap in the hot tub like a frog would. Now the hot tub felt amazing as we played games in which if you would lose you would have to jump in the pool and go underwater for a long cold frost bit dip in the pool;this did not feel good at all.

I wanted to win every game so bad as if my life depended on it because as we now hopping in a 34 degree pool was not a laughing matter it was a journey that I thought would be simple even though it really really wasn't that easy/simple for anyone accept for Navy Seals or some other army person that is sick and can  stand cold water.

Oreo

Sunday night my friends came over so we could play football and have a fun time with that. We stopped for a second and tryed to pelt my brother with a ball while he would ride on it in the road. Later on we wanted to go inside and that we did but suddenly we noticed a white and black small little dog kind of sniffing and circling around this one tree. I thought nothing about the idea of actaully helping it and neither did my brother and my friends, for the sake of everyone a yellow light bulb just had to pop in one of our minds but it just had not happened yet although it would make us better people if we did it and felt good about our selfs later on when we went to bed or walked in to eat dinner as we walked closer and closer still nothing popping into our heads. Now we were in the garage as the door looked golden it was almost as if there was a devil on my left shoulder and a angel on my right shoulder as if it were a cheep classic movie in the old days that would be played on like a holiday special network to watch on television.

Before my friends and my brother decided to go inside we agreed that us as a group cant just leave a stray dog sneafing and frolicing around in the cold so as a slow decision we thought we should do something. We walked over and kept running at it although it wasn't that fast. We read the colar and it said 1755 Farview we tried to just grab it though later my brother came up with a smart idea to get the leash.

I sprintied down the sidewalk with wind blowing in my face as if it was 20 MPH wind, I saw my house turned and asked my mom for the leash as I took it and ran all the way back and quickly handed it to my brother as he snapped it on the dog and we knew where Farview was so we walked there and ringed the door bell and before even doing that she saw us threw the glass door and we gave her the dog as she unhandeled the leash we asked her what the dog's name was and we said'we've been calling her oreo", she said' no, in a laughing voice, it's Julian as she strolled inside it looked like she was getting something from a closet that looked like a bag from inside as we spectated threw the glass door she walked closer and closer as time went on.

Later she came back out and handed us this big bag of…halloween candy!, she said;"take the bag", that was our que to walk away with the bag and get out of her beatiful green grass and get on the road/sidewalk and walk home to eat a spectacilar dinner and enjoy my once a year special occasion that is the most important day for each own person in this world that is the holiday that occurs everyday for one person; BIRTHDAY.
