Florida Part 3: Seista Key

We had got into our condo and we checked it out. It was one storie unlike the condo in Island Marrada but this one was still very nice. We had got inside and there was a nice kitchen with a bar and then on the left it has a glass table in the kitchen room.

That was the kitchen. Now if you turn around there is a hall that leads to a washing machine and dryer. On the left of that is our bedroom and it was a nice room. It had a TV! and two beds that were seprated from a night stand.

Florida Part 3: Seista Key

The sun was beating down on us and it was like an 88 degree day. I couldn't even look through the windows because the sun was so bright. We were close to the condo and through the trees I could see the beach and the ocean.

Now we were by the area where our condo was at and we had now arrived on the street. All the condos looked so nice and they were on this really nice street. The beach was sort of close to the condos. We had to go through this other hotel area to go to the beach.

Florida Part 3: Seista Key

We had drove through Marrada and now we were entering Central Florida and we then found Seista Key. It did not look the same as Island Marrada. It was very nice here and I could't wait to get into the condo we were staying at.

We had arrived in the city of Sarasota and it was very nice with all of the nice resturants and ice cream shops. We were now driving by a very nice bridge and that lead us to a very nice neighborhood with very nicely arranged homes.

Florida part 2: Island Marrada

The next day I woke up and I was for my family to wake up. Today we were leaving Island Mariana because we were going to a different part of Florida called Siesta Key. We would be staying here for about a week. My family had woke up and we were about to go to breakfast.

We were going to this place called The Green Turtle then after that we were going strait to Siesta Key.  We drove over there and I was going to miss the area that we walked by everyday. We arrived the restaurant and we sat down in the screen room.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

We left the resturant and got into our rental car. Now we were going back to the ice cream store to of course get some ice cream.  Today it was so hot outside and right now I was freezing to death.

We got the Ice cream store and I looked around for what I wanted. There was a flavor called party cake that I ordered. It looked amazing and had little bits of cake in it and was a really good ice cream flavor.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

he waiter came and took our order. I ordered strawberry pancakes with syrup. My family and I sat there and waited while our food was being cooked. I was definitely going to miss this area. I kept thinking about what it would be like in Siesta Key.

The waiter came with our food and the pancakes looked really good. I put the syrup on them and some butter and started to eat. They tasted very good. Better than chocolate chip I thought. We started eating our food and then we gathered up our stuff because we were leaving.

We had all got out of the restaurant and we got into our rental car. It was going to be a very long drive but with the warm weather and the windows down, it would be better than driving somewhere in Michigan for sure. I was sad but excited at the exact same time because I didn't want to leave Island Mariana but I was also excited to go to Siesta key and the amazing beach that they have there along with the ice cream their.


I had got into the backseat and my dad started the car. We all had tons of water in our car. We started to drive away and I saw all of the stores and trees and nice cars in the area. We had then been father out and all I could see now was trees and road and that was the last time I would ever be in that area of Florida ever again. I had already been thirsty and I knew that it was going to be an extremely long ride.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

After that we went back to the condo and we didn't really do much, we just hung around the condo and relaxed while we finished our delicious ice cream. I was starting to get very tired so I decided to go to bed. I felt like this night would be another hard one to catch a good sleep.

I was right. It was still so hot even with the fan on. I could not fall asleep at all but I kept staying still. I couldn't do that for long as I started moving around and trying to get cool. Still couldn't succeed and there on I just somehow fell asleep.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

I sat there and enjoyed the wonderful soup as the cheffs prepared my entree. After another five minutes they came with our food and the pasta looked pretty good as it had some sauce on the pasta that looked good on it.

The pasta was pretty good as I really enjoyed the sauce. We were just about done with our food as I took my last bites and then we asked the waitress for the check. She came and handed it to us as we payed and left to go to get ice cream.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

The waves kept crashing on the beach making a awesome sound to hear as the sky was pretty much dark now. The waiter came and gave us our drinks. I started to feel a little less cold because they put fire on the torches as I started getting more anxious for food.

The waiter had finally arrived with food but just my soup though. It tasted amazing with all of the different types of fish inside of it. The warm heat of the soup started pressing against my face as that of course felt really good .

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

I loved the resturant that we sat at. The waiter then came and she took our orders. I ordered this pasta with some kind of creme sauce and lobster then I got a bowl of soup with all kinds of good popular sea foods around florida inside of it.

We waited there for our food as we felt the sand hit and our toes and feet and we kept freezing to death I stilled loved it and I think everybody else did to despite the cold.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

The restaurant was so cool. First of there was a parking lot of course and then you walked into a building and it had two floors. The top floor was where the customers ate and it gave you a wonderful view of the ocean because it was right on the Ocean.

Our seats were even better. They were right on the beach exactly right next to the ocean so our seats were on sand as it was freezing even though there were torches that would spread warmth. They were such awesome seats as our waitress came and assisted us.

Florida part 2: Island marrada

We got back and my brother and I started playing basketball. Finally my dad had took us home and in a few minutes we were going out to dinner at a really good restaurant. Once we got home I got dressed and we were about to leave.

We drove to the restaurant and got at the stand where we wait for our food. We sat down after they showed us to our table where we sat down at and then we waited for our waiter or waitress to come to our.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

Now we decided to go back to the boat for a little while then go back out. I stayed on the boat though because I didn't feel to good so I stayed on the boat. By this point the salt water was killing me I needed a break from it.

After a while my brothers and mom came back. My brothers said they saw a stingray swim right above them which I was kind of disapointed that I missed. By now everyone got back on the boat and we started going to shore.

Florida part 2:Island Marrada

The reef was fun swimming in and I really enjoyed it. The water looked so clear which made the reef look so cool. I crossed by this starfish and it was awesome. I saw lots of fish swimming together but in the middle I saw one the best.

I noticed it so well because the fish had all golden skin as it kept swimming around, shining. A lot of fish and other sea creatures hid inside and other rocks. It looked pretty cool when I saw a ton of seaweed gathering together and now the forest was even more forestry.

Florida Part 2:Island Marrada

It was so awesome once we finally got to the reef. It was like a colorful tropical rainforest underwater that had fish instead of land animals. The fish I saw were so colorful and it was awesome how they swam as a group, it almost made it look like a square rainbow.

Some reefs were at the bottom but all along the ocean I saw lots of brown straws that were very big and fat. They extended up very high to the put where they were between the surface and bottom. It was so cool swimming at the bottom with all the straws and other reefs along with the fish.

Florida Part 2: Island Marrada

Now she started driving out to the reef which was kind of a fun ride because we it was sort of bumpy although it was pretty calm for an ocean. Once we were there the lady showed us where to go out to once we were off of the boat.

Now we all got our stuff on. I was way to nervous to get out into the ocean with all my stuff on because she told us some directions that I thought would be to hard and just really didn't process in my mind even at all.

The area where the coral reef was you could see the water turn into more of a dark blue then a light blue. I was to nervous so my dad went in first. Then I hopped in. It was fun just kind of swimming around for a while with our flippers but then we all started swimming towards the reef as the I started seeing more fish around.
